The key to success in any organization or effort is performance. Most organizations have some type of “evaluation” process. Many times, these are “backward facing” processes, looking at past performance at extended lengths of time. This model has proven less efficient in enhancing performance.

We utilize a “forward looking” coaching/performance model that is agile and provides real time performance measures.

We provide organizations a forward-looking performance management process that aligns organizational strategic goals with people and performance. We utilize assessments to provide specific measures of performance. This process develops specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on a positional basis and incorporates all arenas of performance. Frequent “coaching” sessions are built in to keep the process forward facing. Periodic evaluations are included to provide opportunities for new goals, redirection and celebration.
